Sorry - No Smoking is allowed in the caravan.

Sorry - No Pets are allowed in the caravan.

We are unable to accept bookings from same sex groups under the age of 30.

Only persons named on the Booking Form are permitted to use the caravan for the duration of your holiday.

A £50 Deposit (per week booked) is required to secure your holiday dates, which is non-refundable should you decide to cancel your holiday.

 A £50 security bond is also required at the time of booking which will be refunded in full should you decide to cancel your holiday with a minimum of  twenty weeks notice prior to the start of your holiday. After this date the amount refundable decreases by 5% each week until six weeks before the start of your holiday when the full amount will be forfeit.

The balance of your holiday is due six weeks prior to the start of your holiday.  For bookings made within six weeks of your arrival, the full amount is due at time of booking

Arrival time is 4.00 pm onwards. This is to allow sufficient time for the caravan to be cleaned and made ready for your arrival.      

 Vacation of the van should be before 10.00 am on day of departure.

The caravan should be left in a clean and tidy condition.  Any breakages, losses or damage should be reported before your departure.  We recommend that you inspect the caravan upon arrival and if any damage/breakages are found, then please inform us as soon as possible so that we can take any necessary action.

The caravan will be checked on the day of departure and your £100 security bond will be refunded, providing no damage/breakages have been reported and the caravan is left in a clean and tidy condition.

We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to cars, belongings or personal injury occurring whilst staying in the caravan.
