Luxurious 8 berth caravan located in a great position on the kingfisher site, with secluded patio area and close to the main exit into Ingoldmells. The caravan has central heating and is double glazed guaranteeing a comfortable stay.

The comfortable lounge area has plenty of seating, with a long fitted sofa and two easy chairs. There is a large 32” flat screen TV with free-view and built-in DVD player. We also have a PS2 player with a selection of games for all ages.

The kitchen area has plenty of cupboard space with a large fitted fridge freezer and microwave oven. The extractor hood means that no cooking smells linger or spread to the rest of the caravan.

The living areas are open plan with a door between the living and bedroom area allowing the
bedrooms to be kept quiet in the evening while the adults watch TV. There is a ceiling fan to keep you cool in Summer.

There are three good size bedrooms:

• Bedroom one has a double bed, wardrobe with drawers and cupboards below. There are two bedside tables and wall cupboards provide over-bed storage.
• Bedroom two has two single beds, a small double wardrobe, drawers and over-bed storage.
• Bedroom three has two single beds which can be joined to make a double. It has a small wardrobe and over bed storage.

Duvets and pillows are provided (new ones each season). You only need to bring your own bed linen although we can provide bed linen for a small additional charge.

The caravan has separate bathroom and toilet. The bathroom has a double shower with folding glass shower screen. The under sink cupboard and shelves provide more than enough storage for
toiletries.

The caravan is located in a great position on kingfisher site: Within 1 minute to large children’s play area, 2 minutes to site shop, 3 minutes to site entrance.

Behind the caravan is a large secluded grassy area with a large verandah. Ideal for outside dining or those days when you just want to chill out in the sun.

At the rear of the caravan is a storage box which is very useful for storing your bulky items
such as suitcases, prams and beach essentials. There is also a BBQ which you are welcome to use.

The sites sister park ‘Coastfields’ is a short walk away. Passes can be purchased which allow free
access to the facilities which include another club with acts including a daily children pantomime, and indoor swimming pool with spa pool and toddlers pool.

If you’re planning a day at the beach it is only a short walk away. Alternatively take the free open top train which travels regularly between Kingfisher and Coastfields site entrance which is just across the road from the beach.
