Luxurious 8 berth caravan located on a small independent site next door to Kingfisher site, with verandah to sit out on and relax.

The comfortable lounge area has plenty of seating, with a long fitted sofa and two easy chairs. There is a large 50” 3D flat screen TV with free-view and built-in DVD player. We also have a PS2 player with a selection of games for all ages.

The kitchen area has plenty of cupboard space with a fridge and microwave oven.

The living areas are open plan with a door between the living and bedroom area allowing the
bedrooms to be kept quiet in the evening while the adults watch TV.

There are three good size bedrooms:

• Bedroom one has a double bed, wardrobe with drawers and cupboards below. There are two bedside tables.
• Bedroom two has two single beds, a small double wardrobe, drawers and over-bed storage.
• Bedroom three has one single bed. It has a small wardrobe and over bed storage.

Duvets and pillows are provided (new ones each season). You only need to bring your own bed linen although we can provide bed linen for a small additional charge.

The caravan has an extra large bathroom with a large double shower and toilet. There is also a second toilet just of the hall

The caravan is located in a great position 1 minute walk from Ingoldmells. The site has no through routes so feels much quieter than most other sites.

At the side of the caravan is a storage box which is very useful for storing your bulky items
such as suitcases, prams and beach essentials. There is also a BBQ which you are welcome to use.

Coastfields is a short walk away. Passes can be purchased which allow free access to the facilities which include another club with acts including a daily children pantomime, and indoor swimming pool
